I am running Windos 7 and Eclipse 3.5 and I don't know why I keep getting this error. When I try run the program it gives me:

however, i have just fixed it :) TO FIX THE PROMBLEM:

在文件夹中:android-sdk-windows转到文件夹 platform-tools ；复制文件并粘贴到文件夹 ool

in folder: android-sdk-windows go to folder platform-tools ; copy the files and paste in to folder ool

重启 Eclipse
