计划大师(计划名称、产品 ID)

PlanMaster (PlanName, Product_ID)

和

ProductPoints(Entity_ID、Product_ID、Comm1、Comm2)

ProductPoints (Entity_ID, Product_ID, Comm1, Comm2)
